I've just realised why my body always asks for a position of balance in moments of photography 😁
It's so simple and so natural!

The body intuitively adjusts to being part of the space. The body intuitively absorbs energy flows and at the same time passes it through itself and gives it back to the space ✨

So, there is no need to look for a special pose. Just be a part of the space where you are 🧘‍♀️🪷

Тіло інтуїтивно налаштовуються бути частиною простору. Тіло інтуїтивно вбирає в себе потоки енергії і одночасно пропускає це крізь себе і віддає назад, у простір ✨

Тож, не треба шукати особливої пози. Просто будь частиною того простору, де ти є 🧘‍♀️🪷

✨In one way or another, when you practice yoga, you come to debunk illusions✨

Not immediately, of course.
It happens slowly, when your mind is ready to yield to your calling, your Dharma.

In yoga, illusions (in Sanskrit, maya) are distorted perceptions of reality when we identify ourselves with the body, emotions, thoughts, roles, or things. This mistaken identification creates suffering (dukkha) and distances us from our true nature, the atman (higher Self).

☀️ How does yoga help you get rid of illusions?

🌱Asanas (body practice)
Asanas help us to feel the body better, to be aware of tension, habits, reactions. Through movement, we learn to be ‘here and now’. This is the first step towards realising that we are not just a body.

💚 Pranayama (breath control)
Breath is the bridge between the body and the mind. Pranayama calms the mind, purifies emotions, and gives a sense of inner space. A person begins to see that emotions and thoughts come and go - but the observer remains.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Meditation and observation
Mindfulness practices allow you to see the temporary nature of everything that happens inside: thoughts, desires, images.
This develops the ability to distinguish between what is permanent (soul, personality, self) and temporary (mind, body, feelings). the Illusions begin to dissolve.

💛 Self-observation and self-study.
"I am not mind, body, or emotions. I am consciousness."

☀️ Rejection of attachments.
Through the practice of yoga, a person learns to let go of the need for control, attachment to the result, and the image of oneself. This destroys the main illusion that happiness depends on the external.

✨ Our body has 114 chakras.
Two are outside the body, and 112 are inside. Only seven chakras are considered the main ones. Most people have only three of them active. The rest are either inactive or have little activity. It is NOT necessary to activate all 114 chakras to live a physical life. It is possible to live a full life with only a few active chakras. If you activated all the chakras, you would not feel the body 🤍

The purpose of yoga is to activate your energy system so that the body loses its importance.
So that you understand more and more that YOU are IN the body, not you are the body 🪷

Yoga is about accepting yourself with your imperfect actions, imperfect body, thinking... It's about accepting all your flaws and virtues, false expectations, lost hopes, successful experiences, and discovering yourself ✨

Oddly enough, this whole journey can begin with... a mat, with getting to know your body, with its true capabilities 🧘🏻‍♀️
