🌿 A Splash of New Life at Tudor Grange Primary! 🐸
​We are absolutely thrilled to share what we’ve been up to! Bush Buddies, alongside the brilliant N-able students, have officially finished stocking the pond at Tudor Grange Primary School.
​It was a busy day of hands-on conservation, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The pond is now home to a wonderful mix of:
​Frogs 🐸
​Newts 🦎
​Fish 🐟
​Our mission at Bush Buddies is all about connecting people with nature, and seeing the students' faces light up as these creatures found their new home was the highlight of our week. We have no doubt the children will enjoy visiting, observing, and learning from this thriving little ecosystem for years to come.

​WANT TO INVITE SOME SUPERHEROES TO YOUR BACKYARD? 🦇✨
​At N-hance Training Academy we teach more than just how to use a saw and a hammer. We teach our young carpenters that every piece of timber tells a story and that the things we build can help heal our environment. 🪚🪶
​British bats are in trouble due to habitat loss, so our students have been hard at work crafting homes for them. To celebrate their skills and our local wildlife, we are giving away 6 Student-Made Bat Boxes to 6 lucky nature lovers!

​Functional Design: Our boxes are built to mimic natural hollows, providing a warm, dry sanctuary for the Common Pipistrelle and other UK species.
​The "Gnat-Slayer" Effect: One bat can eat thousands of midges in a single night—nature’s very own (and silent!) pest control.

Are you aged 16–19 and currently not in education, employment or training?

If you’re feeling stuck or unsure about your next step after leaving school or college, the N-hance Training Academy Job Club is here to help.

Our 12-week Job Club in Worcester is designed to support young people with practical advice, confidence building, and guidance towards work, apprenticeships, or further education.

What we offer:
• Support with job searching and where to look for opportunities
• Help with writing and improving your CV
• Guidance on applying for jobs and securing interviews
• Interview preparation and tips to stand out to employers
• Information about college courses and apprenticeship routes
• Support with goal setting, motivation and planning your future
• Help identifying your strengths and career interests

This is a supportive environment where you can gain the skills and confidence needed to move forward.

Start date: Tuesday 17th March
Time: 11:00am – 1:00pm
Duration: 12 weeks
Location: Unit 4, Checketts Lane Industrial Estate, Checketts Lane, Worcester, WR3 7JW

Places are limited and available for young people aged 16–19 who are not currently in employment or education.

Our brand-new after-school sessions are packed with adventure, creativity, and a healthy dose of fresh air.

​Every Wednesday, we’ll be diving into the world of:

​Bushcraft Mastery: From den building to outdoor skills, we’re learning how to thrive in nature.
​Epic Games: High-energy outdoor fun that builds teamwork and confidence.
​Nature Discovery: Exploring the environment in a way you can't do behind a desk!

Let’s light up N-able! 💡✨
​Our students are ready to put their green thumbs to work, but we need some supplies to get started! We’re hunting for seeds, bulbs, and plants (flowers or veggies!) to get our garden blooming.
​We are also looking for solar lights to add some sparkle and extra security to our outdoor area.

Help Us Launch a Brand New Woodworking Project! 🛠️
​Hi neighbours! We have some exciting news to share from N-able and N-hance.
​We are starting a brand-new carpentry programme for our students (ages 12–25). As a therapeutic provision, we know how much our young people benefit from hands-on learning, and we can’t wait to get them started on their first projects.
​To get this programme off the ground, we need your help! If you have any tools in your garage or shed that you no longer use, we would love to give them a second life in our workshop. We are looking for donations of tools in safe, working condition:
​Hand Tools: Hammers, saws, chisels, screwdrivers, spirit levels, and tape measures.
​Power Tools: Drills, sanders, jigsaws, or any carpentry equipment.
​Workshop Supplies: Clamps, vices, or even spare timber/offcuts you don't need.
​Starting from scratch is a big task, but with your support, we can provide our students with the equipment they need to build confidence, learn a trade, and create something they can be proud of.
