My name is Marc, and I'm a SEND specific Fitness instructor and Personal Trainer. I work with both Children and Adults in schools and in private sessions

👋 Hi, I’m Marc — a dedicated Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer specializing in SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). My work focuses on providing tailored fitness support to individuals with a diverse range of needs, helping them achieve their personal health and wellbeing goals.

🏫 I work with both children and adults, offering inclusive fitness sessions in school settings, as well as private one-on-one training. My approach combines empathy, expertise, and adaptability to create an environment where clients feel safe, motivated, and empowered.

💪 Whether it’s supporting students during PE lessons, running adaptive fitness programs, or helping individuals build confidence and strength in private sessions, I’m passionate about making physical activity accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Christmas Holiday Bookings now being taken 🎄😊🎄🎅

Holidays can be a tough time for those with SEND especially Christmas when routine goes straight out of the window!

I will be offering fitness sessions and sensory fitness circuits throughout the festive period for children, teens and adults with SEND at the Sensory Matters Worcestershire centre or within the home environment if needed.

A really positive 7 days!
This week we started our indoor sessions at Sensory Matters Worcestershire which were fantastic! SEND FITNESS worked with clients in Worcester, Gloucester, Ledbury and Malvern. We have had sensory fitness, cardio sessions, resistance training and SEND sports!

Onto the next 7 💪

Outdoor Gym equipment always seems to be greatly under used although I think we are missing a trick! This equipment is perfect for SEND Fitness opportunities as it;
a) Is often in a calmer quieter environment
b) puts focus on body movements rather than weighted exercise
c) doesn't focus on calorie count, distance or time
d) is a great way to practice on similar machines located in mainstream gyms as a potential transition.

Today we focus on the Cross Trainer!

Starting in October SEND Fitness will start transferring some of our 1:1 Winter outdoor sessions in the Sensory Matters indoor space.

Do what you love! Exercise looks different for everyone, whether you head to the gym, complete a sensory circuit, go for a walk, play a sport, play catch in the garden it is all relevant and should be celebrated for what it is.

I love running with my pup on the hills on a Tuesday night with friends. I ache, I'm not fast and it always feels tough at some point. But we both love it, so we do it x
