🧘‍♀️ Outdoor Vinyasa Flow with Chrissie (CG Yoga) 🌿

Come and join me for a restoring and uplifting vinyasa flow class at Rushwick Park (WR2 5SU)! This breath-led, flowing sequence is designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness—perfect for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi.

✨ Expect:
• A supportive, inclusive space
• Modifications & challenges to suit your level
• Mindful movement, deep breath, and a touch of calm

Thursdays at 6:45 PM

🚗 Parking: Available in the adjacent car park

• A yoga mat (I have spares—just ask!)

• Optional: Cushion, blanket, yoga blocks
