So important to give yourself some "Me Time" and recharge your batteries.
In the hectic world we live in trying to balance everything can be difficult- parenting children & their school life activities, our work, trying to have a social life, the daily chores of home life, maybe elderly parents too makes having any form of "Me Time" near enough impossible and what we would like to achieve at times goes straight out the window..
But what we do know from research is that even an hour a week, can have a huge benefit on our overall mental & physical well being. You may feel that you could spend time doing more practical stuff but honestly taking that much needed “me time" for self-care is essential and will have a positive rippling effect that will seep into other areas of your life.
By you acknowledging that you deserve this reward (Me Time) and are worth taking care of, self-care has amazing psychological benefits, boosting self-esteem and overall happiness.

I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, specialising in digestive health, energy, and overall wellbeing. I help people lose weight without misery, support those with digestive issues, and guide women 40+ through perimenopause and menopause so they can feel stronger, lighter, and confident in their bodies, without fad dieting or food rules.

My work focuses on helping you:
Improve digestion and gut health
Balance blood sugar levels
Reduce symptoms such as bloating, acid reflux, hot flushes, and low energy
Lose weight sensibly and thrive long-term

There is no one-size-fits-all plan. I work with you to create a personalised, realistic approach that fits your life and actually works.

I’m based in Worcester and have worked with clients online via Zoom since 2020. But love seeing clients in person at my clinic room.

I’m always learning and recently completed a Cancer Nutrition course with Dr Carol Granger and a Reflux course with Debbie Grayson.

Outside of work, I love experimenting with colourful, nourishing recipes (my husband is my very honest guinea pig 😄).

I share my home with two fur babies, Prince and Clover. Although they’re less adorable at 4am when they’re racing around the bedroom!

I play tennis a couple of times a week (not brilliant, but enthusiastic!), enjoy walking on the Malvern Hills or from Wyre Forest to Bewdley and back, and I’m a regular Pilates fan, its always challenging, always worth it.

Courgettes Light, Fresh, and Full of Goodness
Courgettes (also known as zucchini) are low in calories yet rich in essential nutrients, making them a perfect choice for a healthy, balanced diet. They’re a good source of vitamin C to support immunity, potassium for healthy blood pressure, and fibre for digestion. Their antioxidants, including lutein and zeaxanthin, also help protect eye health.

Courgettes are incredibly versatile, you can grill them, spiralize them into veggie noodles, bake them into breads and cakes, or add them to stir-fries and salads.
