Maybe you want to reduce body fat in some areas
Maybe you want to increase muscle in some areas
Maybe you don’t want abs but a flat tummy

The real question is how are you going to make it possible?

What steps are you going to follow?

How many grams of protein will you consume daily? To maintain muscle and lose pure fat

How much cardio will you do weekly? And when you are going to apply adaptations before your body gets used to?

How many weight sessions will you do weekly? From home or gym

What portions are you going to follow for your own body type? Too much and you will gain fat, too little and you will lose muscle instead of fat
