The Alignment and Sound Rural Retreat' 💜💫💚

● Yesterday was just magical, I've only just come down alittle to reflect and digest the day 🥰😇

●I've written a piece on my feels, with so much to say, I couldn't fit it all in hence the words in the photos 💫🤭👇

●I've done many collaborations and always being asked to do 'just the sound bath'
so yesterday was super special 😇

●This was OUR retreat, one mindfully and carefully designed and planned with the wonderful knowledgeable and beautiful Mandy of MDS Alignment and myself of The Essence of Our Senses and it just showed, the energy throughout the day, the feedback was incredible and we reached exactly what we aimed to do..🫡

●So a very happy proud Jenny today ❤️

Today myself and Shelley facilitated a beautiful sound bath session for 6 gorgeous famlies 👪 children of all ages 💫🫶

A true delight as a collaboration we've wanted to host for a good while.🥰😇

It was just lovely, the children and families throughly enjoyed exploring the holistic instruments, orchestrating their own music pieces and embracing a mini family soothing sound bath with gongs, chimes, voices and tibetan bowls. 🥰

So beautiful to observe family connection and stillness 😇🥰

The children were fully engaged and curious, the parents appreciated the calmness, even in a room full of drums 🥁 🪘

A magical session and our first together and of many to come ✨️

Everyone that knows myself and Shelley personally will appreciate our shared love for sounds and families 😇🥰😍🎶 🎵
