I wanted to follow up regarding pre-orders for January, February, and March. We have mailed most people to make this announcement.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen delays in our supply chain, we are experiencing delays and significant cost increases. Component prices have
increased but to shorten the delay, we are absorbing those increases for all who pre ordered to ensure that you receive a device as soon as possible.

WE ARE NOT ASKING YOU TO PAY MORE MONEY.

Some of our team (including Carl are desperate to get one as well!) We are all in this together and as ever we are placing people before profits.

Here are the updated delivery timelines for your pre-orders:

- January Pre-Order: Now scheduled for late February to early March
- February Pre-Order: Now scheduled for mid-March
- March Pre-Order: Now scheduled for the end of March

We will keep you informed of any changes, as there may be further delays.
