BOOT CAMPERS WANTED!
I am looking for small groups of men and woman who would be interested in doing a 2/3 day boot camp weekend? Running on various weekends from now until later in the year.
So if your looking to lose some weight and tone up ready for the summer then this is perfect for you!!
The weekend would include a stay in a luxury accommodation with a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner cooked for you, various different forms of fun exercise using a fully equipped state of the art gym as well as optimising on the natural surroundings, this will be tailored to your needs from a professional personal trainer, you will receive body massages and be chauffeured for a night out on the town on the Saturday evening (will include free entry into various clubs and bars, this is optional).
