Not long now until our Cacao & Breathwork journey…

We’re really looking forward to welcoming you into this space, where we’ll be working with cacao and breath together in a way that feels both grounding and deeply supportive.

Cacao gently opens the heart, softening the body and bringing awareness out of the mind and into a more connected, present state. From here, the breath can take us a little deeper.

Through conscious connected breathwork, combined with the heart-opening effects of cacao, we gently expand the heart space and move beyond the surface, supporting the release of held tension and emotion, and inviting greater clarity, lightness, and inner alignment.

Together, cacao and breath create a space that feels held.
Where the heart is open, the body is ready, and there is room to release, reconnect, and come back into balance in your own way.

𖤓༄ Monthly Breathwork Journey-next Thursday! ༄𖤓

This is a monthly space to pause, breathe, and reconnect through conscious connected breathwork, a guided technique using the breath to support your body, mind, and emotional wellbeing.

In this session, you’ll be guided through a full breathwork journey, accompanied by music to support movement, release, and inner exploration. The session is held in a safe, grounded, and supportive environment, allowing you to fully immerse in your own experience while breathing alongside others.

No previous breathwork experience is required. There’s no pressure to perform, share, or have anything figured out-you’re invited to come exactly as you are.

Breathwork can support:
• Stress relief and nervous system regulation
• Emotional release and clarity
• Feeling more present, grounded, and connected
• Making space for rest, reset, and reflection

This session is open to anyone who feels the call to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore the journey of their own breath.

Thank you to everyone who showed up breathed last night for the Men’s monthly breathwork. It was such a great evening! And it’s genuinely so special to witness the community that’s slowly building within this space.

Sometimes it’s just about showing up, breathing, and letting whatever’s there be there.

It takes courage to slow down, to soften,to trust in a process that isn’t always linear, and doesn’t always make sense in the mind.

What’s being built here isn’t just a session.It’s a space. A community.
A remembering that you don’t have to carry everything alone.

These evenings are an invitation back into the body, into presence, into a quieter kind of strength.🙏🏻

We meet on the first Thursday of each month at Arch 27, The Arches, Worcester. 7pm
