A lady suffering from plantar fasciitis limped into my clinic a few weeks ago, I treat her twice with shockwave treatment at weekly intervals, she cancelled her third appointment because she was “100% better”. I was taken by surprise at her recovery rate.

Kelly and Hannah specialise in sporting injuries and chronic tendon disorders. We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal problems that are common with sport practice and also everyday life activities. We help treat people of all ages to recover from and prevent injury, reduce and eliminate pain and maintain health and fitness.

We use in depth assessment in order to diagnose and then use clinical reasoning in order to treat and then create a plan to return the client to optimum function.

We have treat a wide range of clients, from every day office workers with poor posture to sports professionals. We offer a wide range of treatments such as deep tissue massage, spinal manipulations, mobilisations, acupuncture, shockwave treatment and further more we provide our clients with tailored rehabilitation programmes.
