He is a holistic massage and energy healing therapist.

Employing techniques from various massage modalities he creates a fusion session tailored to the client promoting relaxation and releasing tension in the muscles.

This weekend, we had been so looking forward to trading at Taste Cockermouth ( Taste Cumbria) on Saturday and Sunday: a big event with lots of footfall and wonderful festivities. However, due to the imminent storm, this has had to be cancelled to keep everyone safe. Please take this as official confirmation that we will not be attending this weekend as the event is no longer going ahead.

This year, unfortunately our small business, along with many others has been severely impacted by the construction in and around Carlisle town centre. This is due to go on until at least Spring time, if not Summer.
This has meant that a huge part of our income has been lost from the Carlisle Christmas Market being cancelled. It has also meant substantially less passing customers due to the obstructions and reduced parking.

This is a direct plea, to please continue to support our bricks and mortar shop during this time.

And if you are unable to attend, please consider supporting us online.

Busy weekend, creating a new batch of balms, butter and oils.
Along with my tried and tested FCO & apricot kernel oil blend I've decided to add avocado oil - this gives the oil just that little edge in a massage and deeply nourishes the skin.

I've also created some Hawaiian feel Lomi Lomi blends starting with an oil - FCO, macadamia oil with a little argan and jojoba oil, for a really luxurious massage blend.
A body butter with coconut oil, macadamia and cocoa butter, then adding some beeswax to make an intense balm.

Now to find the perfect containers for these creations!
