I always find when things are happening in life, that cause us to be a little off balance.

My go to place is nature, the sound of the water, the wind in my hair, the birds merrily going on with their day.

It grounds and centres me and quickly brings me back home to myself. Reminding me how incredibly blessed I am to be alive.🙏

Whilst out one morning this week ,I glanced over and saw this beautiful heart shaped stone .

There really are signs everywhere for us . We are so very loved 💜x
