🩷She-fit [Monday and Wednesday 7am to 7:45am]
Women’s fitness class with a supportive female coach, all abilities welcome, work at your own pace and leave feeling confident in yourself
💙Flex and Stretch Fit [Monday 11am to 11:45am]
A low impact movement class focusing on maintaining strength and mobility needed to support every day movements and keep our bodies healthy
💚Flex and Stretch [Wednesday 10am - 10:45am at St Anne’s Church Hall]
A low impact movement class including chair exercises to maintain the strength and mobility needed to support everyday movement and feel confident moving
