Moo Music Worksop is a music group for 0-5 years old's, where we sing, play & learn. 🥁

The Moo room is a welcoming, warm and truly safe space for parents/ caregivers to enjoy quality 1-1 time with their children and meet likeminded adults. Becca & Becky (otherwise known as, Farmer Becca & Becky) have a combined 21 years of experience in children development as qualified primary school teachers. At Moo Music Worksop, we offer 3 unique groups tailored to the various development stages of under 5's, each week, Tuesday - Friday:

🐣 Baby Moo - Newborn to pre-crawlers
👶🏽 Mini Moo - Crawling to wobbly walkers
👩‍👧‍👦 Mixed Moo - Walking to 4 years (younger symbols welcome)

A little snapshot of our Mini Artists week at Moo Music. 🎨 🐮

Becky & I have had a very busy but gorgeous first week back at Moo! 🐮

There’s been lots of change this term as…
👶 Babies now on the move started Mini Moo
🐮 Our confident toddlers MOOved into Mixed Moo
AND
🫶 We’ve welcomed & introduced many new little ones to Moo

It has been so lovely to see so many of our oldest moo’vers thrive in Mixed Moo - they seem so much independent & their colour knowledge this week was fab! 🌈

Our curious Mini explorers moved around the room with confidence & did some great tidying up too! 🥰

On a personal level, I’ve also been a little choked this week at how many Mums have returned with their second or third child & shared how great it is to be back. 🥹

Thank you everyone your messages, kind comments, check ins, recommendations & continued support really does mean so much. 🫶

🪄 Magic in The Moo Room ✨

Ok, let’s ignore my facial expression in this photo (you guys always get some corkers 😂) and focus on what’s happening here & just how incredible these little ones are…

💜 confidently sitting at the front ✅
👂 listening & following my instructions ✅
🎨 identifying & naming colours ✅
🔵 repeating names of shapes ✅

And what’s more, they’re between the ages of 2yrs 4months & 3years 2 months 😱 👏

THEN they independently collected…
🔸A shape sheet
🖌️A magic paint brush (rainbow flashing wand)
to take back to their grown up & trace around the each shape! 🤩

I KNOW!!!! I am so unbelievably proud!! 🥰

It may only be week one of the term but this doesn’t just ‘happen’ it builds over time.

Are activities often challenging?
YES, absolutely! 👍

Are expectations high?
YES, absolutely! But set with guidance & encouragement. 👍

It’s how children learn, grow & thrive!

We invest time, thought & care in everything we do because your little ones are important & like you, we want what’s best for them!

Followed by a walk & scooter ride with my boys in the sunshine. 💙☀️ I’m feeling so unbelievably blessed & content tonight. 🥰

Moo is back this week & we’re kick starting the Spring Term with a BRAND NEW theme…

🎨 Mini Artists 🎨

It’s not to late to secure your place but availability is very limited:
👶 Baby Moo - all 5 classes are fully booked

🐮 Mini Moo (crawling to wobbly walkers)
Tuesdays at 12pm 2 spaces
Fridays at 10:30 3 spaces

💜 Mixed Moo (confident walkers upwards, younger siblings welcome)
Fridays 4 spaces

It’s no secret that we LOVE dressing up at Moo Music Worksop! 🐮🎶💜

So for World Book Week 📚 little ones are invited to come to class dressed as a character from one of their favourite books - and grown ups you can too if you’d like! 😊

To celebrate, we will be sharing one of our favourite books with you all ☀️ The Very Hungry Caterpillar 🐛

Whilst we do love to see your little ones dressed up, please don’t feel any pressure to do so - it is an invitation NOT an expectation. 🥰

If you and your baby are joining us at Moo for the first time this week, this post is for you! 🫶

I'll never forget the first time I took my son to a Baby class...

😬 I was so nervous, I felt sick.
⏰ I sat in the car for 10 minutes before actually going in
🚗 AND...I drove to the venue a few days before so I knew where I was going & to check the parking situation 🫣

So if this week will be your first time coming to Moo, trust me when I say I get it. 🙂

For me, anxiety builds when I don't know what to expect so I've put together this post to hopefully help ease those first class nerves.

Even when classes are paused... the Moo magic continues 💜

Here's a little peek at what happens inside our classes each week - joyful music, purposeful play, growing confidence and lots of smiles too. 🐮🎶

We're taking a short admin & reset week as well as enjoying making memories with our own little Moo'vers before we start our new term soon — but bookings are still open and I'm always happy to answer questions. 😊

Our Spring Term starts Tuesday 24th 🌷🌼

With lots of new followers & many new families joining us next week I thought I’d give you a little tour of our gorgeous space at The Carlton in Lindrick Civic Centre, where all our classes are held. 🫶🏻

This post feels a little vulnerable to share...
but it explains why Moo means so much to me. 💜

It was never just about running classes.

It was about creating the space I needed when my boys were little -
a place that supported development and mums' wellbeing
a place where siblings could learn together a place that felt warm, welcoming and real.

If you've ever walked into a class feeling unsure... please know you're not alone - and you are always welcome in The Moo Room.🫶🏻

Let me start by saying…
I LOVE what I do more than I can put into words.

And still pinch myself now that I’ve built what I once dreamed of.

But loving your business doesn’t mean it’s easy.

Behind the classes, the singing and the smiles… there’s a lot of emotional weight, decision making and self-doubt that comes with running something that matters so much to you.

For me, the hardest part is that I struggle to ‘switch off’ when it comes to running your own business the to-do list is endless & there’s always something you could be doing but it’s something I’m working on.

So if you’re juggling a lot at the moment (whatever that may be) - you’re not alone.🫶🏻
