19/12/2025
I’ve been a little quiet here over the past couple of weeks. The chaos and busyness of the Christmas season has felt a bit much at times - and I know I’m not the only one feeling the overwhelm.
The festive period can stir up so much: full diaries, heightened emotions, social demands and expectations … and sometimes a quiet sense of tiredness or mental overload that’s hard to put into words 🤍
For many people, especially those who are neurodivergent - ADHD, autistic, or with other differences in processing and regulation - this season can feel especially intense, with too much stimulation and very little space to breathe.
So I just wanted to check in, offer a little support, and say a heartfelt thank you.
Thank you to everyone who trusted me throughout 2025 with stress, anxiety, overthinking, fears like flying, emetophobia or claustrophobia, and habits such as reducing alcohol or stopping smoking. Watching subtle shifts take root - a little more calm, a little more confidence, a little more control - has been an absolute privilege 💫
As we gently move towards 2026, there’s an invitation to step into a new season:
✨ Fresh beginnings
✨ Clarity and calm
✨ Renewal - at your own pace, without pressure or expectation 🧡
You don’t need to rush into resolutions or reinvent yourself overnight. Sometimes the most powerful changes begin simply by allowing yourself to want something different and giving yourself permission to go gently.
I’ll be taking a little time out over the holiday season but appointments are available to book ahead for the new year.
Wishing you rest, grounding and gentleness as this year closes - and hope as a new one begins.
With love,
Donna x 🧡💫🤍
