This might sound simple … but it’s a powerful one.

When you feel anxious, your breathing often becomes quicker and more shallow and that keeps your body in a state of stress.

✨ Your breath is one of the quickest ways to signal safety to your nervous system.
When you slow it down, your body begins to follow.

You don’t need anything complicated. Even just:

– Slowing your breath slightly.
– Breathing a little deeper into your belly.
– Giving yourself a moment to pause.

Can help take the edge off. It’s a small shift … but it can make a big difference 🤍
