A perfect summer collagen smoothie recipe making use of seasonal low carb watermelons and strawberries and packed full of nutrients. We recommend cutting up a whole watermelon into cubes and freezing in portions for your next smoothie.

MAKES 1 GLASS
1/2 cup of water or coconut water
1/2 cup watermelon
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
10g Collagen Powder (one scoop)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

You can eat fat and lose weight! Up the fat and protein intake and reduce carbs to just whole grain and small portions. Just make sure you're eating all the good fats...think avocados (50g per serving) nuts (10g) flax seeds and oily fish twice a week. Hate fish? You can mask the taste of the fish when cooking or take an omega 3 supplement.

Give it a week and your snack attack cravings will be a thing of the past.
