Hi, my name is Kim and I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist.
I have previously worked in the fields of finance, IT, education and translation, and have three grown-up children. A few years ago, I saw for myself the positive changes that hypnotherapy can bring about in a short time. I became passionate about it and decided to retrain as a hypnotherapist so that I can help other people. I therefore completed a 10-month Hypnotherapy Diploma course with HypnoTC, London. This course has been accredited by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (UK), the British Institute of Hypnotherapy & NLP (BIH) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
I am registered as a certified hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists, the General Hypnotherapy Register, and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
If you are a native French speaker, I can conduct sessions in French if that is more comfortable for you.
About hypnotherapy:
Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy that can help you make positive changes in your life. It works with your imagination and the way your mind works to help generate changes in some perceptions, sensations, feelings, thoughts and behaviours. Being in hypnosis is a pleasant, natural state, similar to when you are completely absorbed in a good film or book. It allows you to forget the outside world for a moment and focus on your needs.
What can hypnotherapy treat?
Hypnotherapy can help you change any unwanted behaviour or habits, and find solutions to challenges you might be facing. It can increase your confidence, improve your communication, help you overcome fears, anxieties and phobias, improve your sleep, and give you the motivation you need to perform better at sports, stop smoking or improve your diet. It can also be used to reduce pain and unpleasant symptoms related to allergies or IBS, for example.
