Please remember to bring cash/loose change for the tombola, inflatables and stalls if possible.

Bring a picnic then treat yourself to something sweet from Sussex seaside events and Lauren Hodder.

Join in with South Coast Skate Club and Jago's Shred and Slice DIY Pizza.

Littler ones can let off steam with Dave Hunt Leisure inflatables.

And everyone can enjoy some live music from Downsbeat Swing Band!

Fabulous time at the British Acupuncture Council 30th anniversary conference.
Sarah Cooper-Olsen and Gillian Carpenter Acupuncture (who use to work at Park View Clinic ) have attended most of the 30 conferences.
We are so lucky to have learnt so much and been supported by BAcC.

Welcome to Keep Fit Friends Lancing - we have been delivering classes in Lancing for over 2 years at St Michael's Church Hall, South Lancing and in January we launched classes at St James the Less Church in North Lancing. We offer gentle exercise classes for over 60s, simple and fun workouts followed by refreshments and a chance to socialise.

Today we are saying farewell to Karen, one of our receptionists. Karen has been a great asset to our team and will certainly be missed.
We wish her well as she leaves to allow more time for travelling and enjoying her passion for her sporting activities.

Just returned from a short break during which I learned the hard way how important the right mattress is! Sleeping on an overly firm one left me achy and sore every morning.
There isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution, but generally:
