Not sure what to expect from a Kinesiology session?

We start by testing your endocrine system, then I follow your body’s priority (this simply means that the testing will tell me where the main imbalances in your body stem from)
From there, I look at where the imbalance is coming from, what’s contributing to it, and what support your body needs to bring things back into balance.

That might involve lymphatic work, emotional or structural balancing, digestive support, food testing, electrical corrections, or supplements - all guided by muscle testing and what your body is actually asking for.

At the end of the session, I bring everything together, carry out any corrections needed, and send you a clear follow-up email outlining the findings and next steps.
