I don’t believe healing is about pushing harder.
Most of the time, the body isn’t failing, it’s simply protecting itself.
Symptoms often appear when there’s interference in how the nervous system, muscles, and body are communicating.

My work focuses on identifying and gently correcting those interferences. This can include foods that don’t suit the body, nutritional deficiencies, structural imbalances, and energetic stressors that disrupt normal function. With these interferences removed, the body can respond more efficiently without force.

Not close enough to visit in person? No problem - we can still run the usual tests remotely using a surrogate that I provide.

In these sessions, I use a surrogate here in person to stand in for you, allowing me to assess what’s going on in your body from a distance. We’ll then go over the results together on the phone or video call. While hands-on corrections aren’t possible remotely, it’s a powerful way to identify things like food intolerances and get a clearer picture of what your body is telling us.

Do you feel like every month you turn into a different person?
Snappy for no reason? Overwhelmed? Crying unexpectedly? Zero energy?

If PMT or PMDD symptoms hit you hard and you feel you're going "crazy" every month - understanding the rhythm of your cycle helps everything make sense. This can help reduce the mental overload, instead of always assuming there's something wrong with you.

These are the phases:

✨ Pre-Ovulation - “The Glow Up”
Energy rising, ideas flowing. Perfect for planning, starting things, trying something new.

🔥 Ovulation - “Superwoman Mode”
Peak energy. Create, launch, speak up, make moves. This is your confident, outward phase.

🌪 Post-Ovulation - “Truth Teller”
Irritated? Snappy? It’s not a flaw. This phase highlights what you’ve tolerated for too long. Great time for releasing, detoxing, and healthy anger work.

🌙 Menstruation - “The Recharge”
Rest, slow down, let go. The more you honour this phase, the more energy you’ll have later in the month.

When you stop fighting these shifts and work with them, those PMT/PMDD symptoms often soften. Looking after yourself all month round by eating well and exercising will help to balance you and reduce these symptoms even further.

We’re taught to treat symptoms as the problem.

Headache? Take a painkiller.
Allergies? Take an antihistamine.
Skin condition? Apply creams or the latest chemical concoction.

But symptoms are not the problem - they’re the body’s signal.

When you only chase the symptom, it often comes back. Sometimes it even shows up somewhere else.

The shift happens when you go deeper, when you ask why is the body creating this in the first place?

That’s what muscle testing allows me to do - to get underneath the surface, find the root cause, and bring balance where the body really needs it.
