Coming Out Of The Blue

Coming Out Of The Blue I support people taking their power back and coming out of the blue. Hay and other like-minded teachers.

Where do I start................................

I would say my childhood was caring and fun, nothing out of the norm particularly. I trained as a Montessori Nursery Teacher and lived and worked in the Middle East for 13 years. On returning to England, I retrained in AAT and Financial Management and after several financial positions within large international companies, latterly as a Business Analyst, I made the decision to become self employed in 2000 after qualifying as an AOR Reflexologist and Usui Reiki Teacher. Alongside my holistic business I was a founding owner and director of a successful flying school on the south coast. My change in career direction was stimulated after my father died in 1998 and it was around this time I became aware of the work of Louise L. All these teachers offered me the opportunity to grow through the power of positive loving thoughts and have had a huge impact on the way I view the world today. It enabled me to explore how my personal thoughts and feelings affected me physically and emotionally. How old beliefs and thoughts were not necessarily supporting me anymore and for me it was important to seek resolution. I am very proud to be a Licensed Heal Your Life® Trainer and Coach, offering 121 coaching and facilitating workshops empowering others to review life from a different perspective. I have two adult children whom I’m exceptionally proud and as the years progress have become more aware of what amazingly powerful, loving and sensitive human beings they are - I am truly blessed to have them in my life. They are both happily married now with children of their own. They and other family and friends have honoured me with immense love and support especially since my husband died in an aircraft accident in 2008, which was just 14 months after my sisters' unexpected death after being diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Six months later the family experienced the tragic murder of my cousin's 15 year old daughter by a boy from her school. The whole family has been through a lot of soul searching and grieving, whilst supporting each other, and for me there has been a great deal of emotional ‘letting-go’ since those dark years and at times it has been hard not to be burdened on my next step forward, but now I smile a lot more and see joy and happiness everywhere. I believe it is important to remember how wonderful life is and that everything we experience in our lives contributes to our personal growth, even when there are aspects of perceived horrid stuff. How we choose to deal with this ‘horrid stuff’ is our choice. It is within our power to do something positive about whatever comes our way and to see the joy life has on offer. I do not look to solve other people's problems in life, however, I do believe the tools I teach support the way we approach the challenges that life inevitably brings. There are many more people in this world who have also suffered the loss of someone special in their lives and I am nothing special in that concern, however, I do feel blessed with my life lessons and I now feel honoured to be able to share the skills I have learnt along the way. Going through grief, adversity and my determination to develop, I now view life as effortlessly as I possibly can, whilst remaining in a space of peace, joy and happiness. This is why I am now on a personal mission to help others find that within them too. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I wish you love and joy in your life.

Many of us are very good at giving.

Giving time.
Giving support.
Giving encouragement to others.

But when it comes to receiving — success, kindness, opportunities, or even compliments — we sometimes hesitate.

We question whether we deserve it.
We downplay it.
We brush it off and move on.

This week might be a gentle invitation to notice that.

What if you allowed yourself to receive the good things that come your way — without guilt, without shrinking, and without feeling you have to earn them first?

Just something to reflect on as the week unfolds. 🌿✨

🌸 Friday Affirmation 🌸

As we reach the end of the week, today’s affirmation invites you to soften into the flow of life.

💛 Affirmation:
“Gently release the past, love where you are now and embrace the future with open arms. Love is all there is – simple!”

Take a breath and let these words settle.

The past has shaped you, but it doesn’t have to hold you.
The present is where life is happening.
And the future is waiting with new experiences, new growth, and new opportunities.

Let love guide how you look back, how you stand today, and how you step forward. 🌿💛

Hi, I'm Pauline and I discovered the benefits of Qigong in 2022, whilst trying to heal from over a decade of living with disabling ME/CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and complex digestive disorders.

My life during this decade had gradually become smaller and smaller, as severe fatigue, brain fog and a myriad of other symptoms meant I could no longer sustain normal daily functioning. I’d gone from a vibrant, active, sociable and hard working 42 year old, to not being able to work, walk or leave my house without assistance, and socialising for an hour would leave me in bed for days afterwards.

A turning point came when I discovered Nervous System Regulation work. This changed how I saw my illness and I now understood that if I could work on bringing a sense of safety back to my nervous system, then it would come back into a more regulated state and better functioning.

Thankfully, through using a combination of QiGong and the Nervous System Regulation Healing Programme over the past two years, I have been able to make gradual improvements to my health and wellbeing. I am not quite there yet, and my recovery is ongoing, but as I continue to heal, I have learnt to reconnect with my body, bring balance to my mind and re-join the world again, with a sense of joy and compassion for myself, my mindbody and for others.

This is what led me to attend the accredited Holistic Tai Chi Qigong Training Academy and train to become a certified Shibashi Qigong Session Leader. Not only would I then have a gentler, more accessible, regular qigong practice for myself, but I would also be qualified to share this routine with others, bringing all the benefits of qigong into my local community. This felt like something this newer, more self aligned, version of me was meant to do. So she did and Be Well Qigong was born.

Qigong is a gentle movement practice which combines light flowing movements, breath and mental focus to bring chi energy flow, promoting relaxation, balance, health and wellbeing. Regular practice offers many physical, mental and emotional benefits from physical improvements in joint flexibility, muscle strength, balance, injury recovery and overall fitness, to relived tensions, stress relief, increased relaxation and improved concentration.

Our Be Well Qigong group sessions are based upon a modified version of Shibashi Qigong. By doing slower, smaller movements we are minimizing any risk of injury or strain on the body, whilst still benefitting from the strength building repetition of each movement and the opening up through the breath and body, allowing for energy flow, which makes this practice accessible for all ages and fitness abilities.

Nikkie Windsor has been living with Crohn's disease since she was fifteen. That experience — navigating chronic symptoms, stress, fatigue and a body that felt unpredictable — is what ultimately led her to retrain as a Nutritionist and Breath Coach. Today she works with people facing exactly what she once faced: gut issues, low energy, and a nervous system that never quite switches off. Her approach is integrative and science-informed, working with the gut–brain axis and breathwork to help people understand what their body is actually telling them — and what to do about it.

Visit her stand for a conversation, or join her talk on the connection between stress, digestion and the brain–body link.

At the start of a new week, it’s easy to carry yesterday with us.

Old conversations.
Things we wish we had said differently.
Moments we replay in our minds.

But life is always inviting us forward.

The present moment is where we breathe, learn, and grow. It’s where new possibilities quietly begin to unfold.

This week, you might like to notice where you are holding onto something that has already passed — and gently loosen your grip on it.

There is space in today for something new. 🌿✨
