When you start your healing journey, you often hear ‘heal your inner child’ but are left wondering how to do this.
I have clients who come to me for Hypnoki. This is where I combine hypnosis & reiki together for a session that delves into your past, enabling you to heal & recognise patterns of negative cycles. You do the work, I do the healing. Some of my recent clients have been working on healing their inner child. For some, this is very painful. Though once we work through the pain & tears, the relief & healing shines through.

It’s almost Halloween. Whilst some people use this time of year to spook & create fear, it’s actually a time of love, renewal, hope, prosperity & abundance. I use this time of year to recharge, to reconnect to my inner witch & to find Magick in things again. With a new baby to teach all the fun to, life is getting very exciting. (She’s deffo an old knowing soul)
Halloween, Samhain, is where the veil thins & so remembering loved ones is also a must. Embrace this time of year & allow yourself to believe in the unexpected or unexplainable 🎃
