A great time to start releasing old energy is now. We have the first full moon of 2026 coming up on 3rd Jan, perfect for ending old cycles & welcoming new movement.
Start writing down all you’re ready to let go of & during the full moon set fire to the paper & release it to the universe to exchange it into fresh beginnings.
2026 is all about movement, freedom, liberation & tapping inwards to our authentic selves to be more present & aware. You may already feel detached from life, maybe you felt desensitised to Christmas or the festivities. This is because we are becoming more aware of what matters most, moving away from endorsing big companies or spending for the sake of spending. Money cannot buy happiness or time spent with loved ones.
The world is changing. We as people are changing. You’ll find yourself moving away from people & situations that no longer serve purpose in your life. Friendship circles will change & many career changes will take place.
Have a think about where you want this year to take you, then think about what holds you back. This will then help you to cut ties with anything preventing your happiness & to plan a clear path ahead of you.
What you want is in within reach. Just take your time as it’s not a race. Enjoy the memories that will be made & embrace life.
