I thought I'd reintroduce myself as I've had a few more followers and page visits lately. I'm a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist based in Wrexham, North Wales. I help people overcome challenges like anxiety, phobias, weight management, and limiting beliefs that hold them back.

I use Solution Focused Hypnotherapy which is based on the latest neuroscience and brain research. I combine modern techniques like NLP and CBT with hypnotic trance to drive positive change, so there's no need to revisit past traumas!
