We are currently experiencing an issue with NHS smartcards in branch, which means we are unable to access the NHS Spine at the moment.

As a result, there may be delays in processing prescriptions.

All other services are still available as normal.

We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and will keep you updated.

If your request is urgent, please speak to a member of the team or contact your GP surgery.

Unfortunately, this means we are unable to provide services at the moment.

♦️ ♦️ PRESCRIPTION COLLECTION ♦️♦️

If you have recieved a text message, please pop in to collect your prescription as we are running out of space and it’s taking longer to locate prescriptions on collection, which in turn extends waiting time.

Uncollected prescriptions left in pharmacy for longer than 3 weeks will be send back to GP and patients will need to re order.

🔹 UTI’s (females 18-65 only)
🔹 Viral Infections
🔹 Sinusitis
🔹 Shingles
🔹 Sore throat/tonsillitis
🔹 Skin infections (eg impetigo, cellulitis)
🔹 Skin reactions (eg insect bites, hives)
🔹 Oral thrush

Both services -Independent Prescribing and Common Ailments are funded by the NHS

Appointments are available every Monday and Tuesday (9.30am - 4.30pm)
