Evening sessions at Sauna Cwtch are back!

Grab your torch aswell as your swimming costume for something special. A slower, darker and quieter session which is perfect for unwinding and letting the heat work its magic.

We have 16 spaces available, offered on a first come, first served basis and if they prove popular (which we are sure they will) these sessions will continue every other Wednesday

All slots are available to book on our website for our first session on Wednesday the 25th of February 2026

What an amazing January it’s been so far at Sauna Cwtch .

So many of you have Started off 2026 in the best way possible with good friends, the heat of our saunas and the crisp cool dopamine kick of the Park in the Past lake.

All our slots for January and February are now bookable on our website and keep watching our socials for exciting events happening in 2026

What started as a passion project between a group of friends has grown into the most amazing community with our Sauna Cwtch family. Thankyou to each and every one of you.
