All you need to bring is a yoga mat, if you have one and a pillow or cushion for your head. Or, if you don't want to lie on the floor (or you worry about getting up again!) then you could always bring a reclining garden chair instead. I have some yoga mats available for those who need one.

A soundbath (or sound weaving) does not necessarily involve water, and in this case, water is not involved. Instead you are invited to relax and be immersed in the soundwaves and let healing vibrations take you from busy beta brain waves to alpha, theta or even delta waves. This allows the beautiful, resonant vibrations to lower the body's stress hormones and release endorphins which boost mood. A soundbath can also aid with sleep and reduce stress.

The event will be held in the main hall on Thursday 24th July.

Booking is essential.

All proceeds will be donated to 'The Samaritans' (Wrexham and Chester Branch).
