I’m Natalie a Personal Trainer & Sports Massage Therapist based in Wrington, North Somerset.

With over 14 years experience in the fitness industry I am able to offer you an individual experience which will not only help you achieve your fitness goals but will also give you confidence in other aspects of your life.

As a working parent and competitive athlete I know the struggles of fitting exercise into your day. I also know that once you get started on your fitness journey you won’t look back!

Great weekend of racing for these three! smashed the Clevedon Parkrun on Saturday morning nearly running sub 18 minutes. Just a warm up for him before heading down to Torbay for the South West Regional CX champs.
Today both mini Smiths raced the South Regional CX Champs and did Team Smith proud!
