Earlier this month I was voted HHBA Best Networker — and it stopped me in my tracks.

Because on the night nobody was more surprised than me! 😳 I know I’m a bit of a fl**zy when it comes to networking but I genuinely believe people buy from people and the best relationships are built when people feel seen, welcomed and supported. So thanks for that!

This was a fantastic way to end the year so thank you to HHBA who’s been part of my journey.

It was that time again, 2nd Friday of the month for our net walking experience. Such a lovely way to meet new people and stroll through beautiful countryside. We went a bit off piste 😅 but manged to find our way again! - saw some horses so the detour worked out ok👌 stunning views - you just can’t beat it - fresh air, light exercise and lots of happy chatter! 😃 we had some no shows but thanks to all the attendees today and their dogs 🐶

From Prince’s Trust loan to over 30 years of experience in health & fitness

What I’ve learned about human energy.

I started my personal training business with nothing more than my ambition and a loan from the Prince’s Youth Business Trust.

In the 90’s, no one was talking about “corporate wellbeing” back then. But I knew energy, discipline, and movement could transform lives.

Thirty years on, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients of all ages and fitness levels and I can say with confidence:

✅ Movement improves mental clarity
✅ Energy drives performance
✅ Health can directly impact profit

When businesses say they want high performance, what they really need is high energy, and that starts with wellbeing.

What top athletes know about burnout that most business leaders don’t.

As a former Team GB inline hockey player, I learned early on. You can’t perform at your best if you don’t recover.

We trained hard. We worked as a unit, but rest was also part of the process.

Today, I hear business leaders burning out in silence, because somewhere along the line, rest was mistaken for weakness.

The highest performing people in sport or in business should protect their energy like a precious resource.
