Just wanted to say a huge well done and thank you to all my new clients who have joined my classes in the last two weeks - you are ALL amazing!

It is not always easy to step out of your comfort zone and start something new - so you should feel jolly proud for taking on a new challenge ๐Ÿ˜Šโ€ฆ and hopefully your body is feeling the benefit too!

Pilates for OSTEOPOROSIS
If you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or are worried about low bone density, the prospect of exercising can be quite daunting. BUT, exercise really can helpโ€ฆ it decreases further bone loss, strengthens muscles, improves balance and in some instances actually rebuilds bone again.

My Pilates for Bone Health classes are designed to be safe and effective for clients with low bone density - making you feel confident to exercise again!
