While the idea that reiki has no scientific basis is common, research is in progress. Studies are exploring reiki's impact on things like pain management, anxiety, and depression, particularly in clinical settings.

Current results often point to positive outcomes in reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and improving overall well-being. Of course, more rigorous and large-scale studies are needed to solidify these findings and understand the exact mechanisms, but the journey of discovery continues! ✨
