It’s been an absolute pleasure coaching Niall over the past six months. He’s the perfect example of what can be achieved with consistency, commitment, and hard work — following the plan to a tee and giving 100% to every session.
In that time, Niall has dropped nearly 10kg, smashed a personal best by running a sub-2-hour half marathon only last month, Not stopping there, he recently entered his first-ever charity strongman competition at for & — with no prior experience in some of the events — and finished an incredible 4th place against some seriously strong competitors.

Late one tonight. Knocked 3mins 14seconds off my 5k since the 17th of March and didn't stop or slow to a walk once ✌️

Hollys is working hard and staying at work a bit later than normal so daddy daughter time is extended (which I love) which meant the later training opportunity

It took alot of will power to get out this late when on early shift but I've set myself some goals and I'm determined to hit them.

This is why it is important to set goals instead of relying on motivation.

Motivation is an emotion that will always come and go

The "Why" behind your goal is what's going to get you off your arse when it's more comfortable to be sat on it.

Set performance goals
Celebrate the small wins
Thrive off the dopamine hit
Repeat 🔁
