came up on my memories today. 9 years ago open heart surgery number 2 at Alder hey in Liverpool for her conduit replacement ❤💪 this was after coming off life support after 7 days post op after becoming unwell with an infection a long and scary week for us all ###

Trip to Bristol Royal children's hospital today for Abigail's exercise tolerance test. She found it pretty tough going but she did amazingly well. Results will now be sent to her consultant to decide what the next steps will be. Now treating her to a well earned mcdonalds for lunch ❤ well done Abi ###

Today's apppintment at Bristol went well. No big suprises but there was another significant difference on her echocardiogram where her conduit has narrowed further compared to her last one. We were already aware of it narrowing. So planned in for an exercise tolerance test and then her case will be reviewed and discussed by the cardiology team in the next 6-8 weeks to see what the next steps will be. But all numbers are looking good and they were pleased to see her looking and doing so Well. Well done Abi ❤❤❤

Abigail. It's hard to believe when we look at you now everything you have overcome in your 13 years. 1st open heart surgery aged 15 weeks 2nd at 7 years old and 3rd at 11 years and now we are preparing for another surgery in the future.

From the day we found out about your heart on that 20 week scan, CHD became a normal part of our life. Our 1 in 30000 miracle

We celebrate today in honour of you and all the chd warriors and angels. Happy world heart day 2022 ❤❤❤❤

After having a couple of 'wobbly' spells last week and feeling tired Abi knew something wasn't right. An overnight stay in yeovil and some tests have shown that although Abi is very well her heart is getting ready for another surgery 😌. We have a appointment at Bristol in 4 weeks time where we will plan a course of action. It has been a tough week with alot to process! We are so proud of you Abi and you got this sweetheart ❤❤❤❤

Thank you for all the wonderful well wishes ❤ Abi is doing ok. ecg bloods and echo are all good. She has been discharged home on a 24hour heart monitor and will be seen at Bristol in 2-3 weeks to discuss the outcome xx

After a couple of episodes of going wobbly and feeling her heart racing we are in overnight for observations 😩
