📣 AMLWCH PARENTS – FREE SUMMER WELLBEING WALKS! 🌿

Looking for something meaningful (and free!) to keep your child busy while you get a few hours to yourself?!

Walking Wellbeing with YEM is a series of fun, fully supervised outdoor walks for 8–14 year olds, designed to boost confidence, resilience and a sense of calm in the fresh air 🌞

🗓️ Dates:
• 30 July – Amlwch Allotments
• 13 Aug – Mynydd Parys
• 20 Aug – Amlwch Allotments
🕙 All sessions: 10AM–12PM
🚶‍♂️ Drop-off & collection only – parents don’t need to stay, but need to be prompt with drop-off and collection.

✅ Small groups (max 10 per walk) BOOKING REQUIRED
✅ Guided walk, themed discussion, and a wellbeing activity
✅ Free thanks to support from Asda Foundation & Grwp Cymunedol / Community Group

We have been very busy today out and about distributing Leaflets and chatting to local business owners who have very kindly given permission to advertise our event! Thank you to The Coffee House, Llanfaethlu. The Little Eco Shop, Holyhead. Anglesey Accountants, Holyhead. The Bay Tree Gallery Valley. Relish cafe, Valley. Holyhead Library and The Ucheldre, Holyhead. Also Morrisons and Tesco!

One great piece of advice was to provide the information in a more reader friendly format, I agree the posters are very busy 😀....so here it is:-

Lunar Sound Healing Therapy - 11am -12pm £12 (per person)

Full morning Mini Woodland Retreat Family ticket £18 including Yoga and crafts plus one Sound Healing Therapy session (£12 extra adult)

Camping options Saturday 22 July £30 (based on 2 adults and 2 children)

Full mini woodland retreat experience £45 per family Inc. Camping 🏕 and all activities (including one Sound Therapy session)
Extra night stay £20 ... either Friday/Sunday or both! A great saving on our usual camping fees!

ORGANIC PANCAKES AND FRESHLY BREWED CAMPFIRE COFFEE AVAILABLE

Evening BBQ for our campers £10 per adult £5 per child

Well we've been able to make the most of the sun learning yoga outside this week😁👌🏻

Thank you to all schools for the welcome - we had fun learning how to breathe, stretch and relax in the middle of nature... where better?🌳😍
