I have finally decided to set up a page specifically connected to my work as a counsellor and mental health trainer and will be posting information, news and articles which hopefully people will find useful especially in these current times where mental health is very much on everyone's mind. For my first post I want to say a huge thank you o everyone who attended our online Adult MHFA courses over the last couple of months. It’s always so good to receive feedback from delegates - it's wonderful to know the positive impact of the course. In these times more than ever, mental health is important and the need for qualified Mental Health First Aiders has never been greater.
If you know anyone or feel your business/organisation might benefit from having qualified Mental Health First Aiders the date for the next course is June 1 – 12 over 4 live sessions.

'I am so pleased I attended the Mental Health First Aid course. It has definitely expanded my knowledge on the subject of mental health and has given me confidence to deal with situations which may arise.
Debbie and Simon did an amazing job to educate us on such a difficult topic without it being too heavy and dark.
I can honestly say that for the first time ever after completing a course, I came away wanting to find out more about the subject.
I would definitely recommend using Debbie and Simon to deliver your training, you most definitely won’t be disappointed'.

'The MHFA course is hugely informative and practical. The interactive workshop led by two experienced and skilled practitioners
has increased my knowledge regarding mental health and has provided me with the tools to feel more confident when giving support to the students I work with'.
