Thrive Outside CIC

Thrive Outside CIC Community groups in local woodlands and green spaces. Traditional crafts, campfire cooking, foraging, wellness activities.

We can deliver group sessions for all ages to support mental and physical well being. We are also able to organise one to one sessions for specific needs. Working with children young people and adults, people experiencing mental health difficulties and bespoke sessions for people with disabilities or special needs. We have expertise in supporting women before and during menopause. The sessions can combine craft and bushcraft skills as well as fitness training and relaxation techniques, with the focus on being outside.

Great session yesterday. It’s a welcome sight seeing nature spring back into life!
Back at camp next Friday. If you’d like to learn a new skill, enjoy some company and feel the peace of being outdoors surrounded by nature, do pop down to try out a session.
No sign ups, no commitment and everything you need is provided, including a brew made on the campfire!
