Well Mandy, it’s a complex answer but here goes…
‘arguably, (but extremely likely given compelling scientific evidence) some ancient Alien species referred to the human race as the ‘containers’ ! (See ‘bob lizar - religious containers’! On google)
Consciousness does normally reside in our bodies at the time we are alive… but it also continues and lives independently when our body dies, so just right now, our bodies are the containers of our consciousness and our consciousness or Spirit operates through our brains while we are incarnate….
This is arguably where the idea of us being ‘containers’ comes from.
However there is an overwhelming amount of evidence to support the concept that us humans were actually made by the Annunaki who made us in their image and their likeness over 200 thousand years ago, by splicing their genetic genes with those of the earth’s hominate Ape (the Annunaki arrived on earth 450 thousand years ago to mine gold)
Evidence for this can be read in all biblical text (including the bible, vaders and all religions writings) ancient Cuneiform script text I.e the emerald tablets, the epic of Gilgamesh, which are available to read (google - and most biblical resources in universitys) if you want to see the truth of our origins….
Arnu, Enlil and Enki were those considered to be the creators of us, just as the bible says ‘in their image and after their likeness’ and we were made as a worker race for them 200’ thousand years ago, the consequences of our genetic engineering meant that we adopted the Anunaki Spirit, which was not intended but a by product of our genetic engineering.
Enlil’s son was called "Yahweh" and is the God found in the bible of most Christian religions…
However this is not the true God of all things who actually made ‘all things’ including your soul and your spirt which can be incarnate in you body or its container if you want to call your body a container for your Spirit…
