After Meditation thoughts to share 🤍
I will always remember that being in your 30s is when you start to figure it all out.
The way life leads you and the way you lead yourself, often comes down to a single lightbulb moment.
The ‘poor ‘decisions we make, and the “I wish I never did that” thoughts, eventually shape us into better people.
The growth that happens brings you closer to the person you’ve always been, you just didn’t know how to accept it yet.
I’ve been through mess, and I’ve had a lot thrown at me, and still do, but without that, I wouldn’t be who I am.
I wouldn’t feel as deeply as I do, and I wouldn’t have chosen this path if it weren’t for the ups and downs of life.
You always need to make sure your cup is full, so you know how to share it with others and only share it with those who give back.
The people who believe in you and cheer you on are the ones to never let go of.
The simple acts of mindfulness and being grateful genuinely change your life.
It’s not a spiritual awakening, and it’s not exactly a sudden choice, but more of a shift in the mind that guides you and rewires your thinking, the way you feel and the pause before you make decisions.
Life becomes more gentle.
You care less about the noise around you.
Patience becomes easier and finally you find the right people.
Who knows where the next path goes but as long as you are finding happiness and giving life your all, that’s what count’s. Sadness will come too but as cliche as it sounds as long as you’re breathing through it the aches will soften.
I Appreciate my work, I appreciate my health I have right now, I appreciate all my clients, I appreciate my friends, my partner, my family & especially my daughter.🪷
If you haven’t taken any appreciations recently, have a think, jot them down and feel your heart grow with them thoughts.
