A video that feels like a distant dream I had as a child.
Dancing and flowing through snow and cold and not feeling a drop of unease.
Being able to let go, release without the mind intruding is something easily done when you press off to the mind and let the body do the talking.
The mind and body connection is something else.
We can connect the two and yet we can also separate the two when flow comes in.

Breathwork is something I connected deeply with three years ago.
Since then, I’ve invested in retreats, private sessions, and now my own breathwork coach, working closely for three months and continuing to dive deeper into the science, wisdom, and knowledge behind many powerful techniques.

These practices help me regulate my nervous system, prepare for the day ahead, and navigate whatever situations life brings.

It’s definitely one of the most powerful practices you can build.
Your breath is the fastest way to regulate your nervous system , shifting you from fight or flight into rest and digest.
When you’re triggered or overwhelmed, breathing brings you back into the body, slows the heart rate, and creates calm.
It helps release stored emotions, process what’s been suppressed, and return to a grounded, peaceful state.
