☀️🌿 What a gorgeous sunrise walk this morning with you all 💕 There’s no better way to start the day than fresh air, steps, laughs & the best company.

Just a little reminder 💕we do this every Thursday morning at 6:30am, meeting at 🌸

A big thank you to the lovely ladies at Haxby Bakehouse for ALWAYS looking after us with the best coffee in town ☕✨ the perfect way to finish our sunrise walks 💜

🌙 6:30pm – Meet at .haxby for a 30-min power walk 🚶‍♀️💨 followed by vino 🍷 and treats with our lovely friends at Amica Ladieswear who’ll have their gorgeous pop-up shop in Quinns 👗✨

Start your morning right with a 1 hour walk around Haxby🚶‍♀️Sunrise steps, lots of laughter + the best coffee in town all in time and back to sort the kids for school🌞☕

🌙 6:30pm – .haxby
30-min power walk 🚶‍♀️💨 followed by drinks + a sneak peek at ✨ A gorgeous pop-up shop hosted by the lovely .powell1302 & Natalie 👗💕

Evening walk with a cheeky drink stop at the pub halfway, balance is everything 😉

✨ 43 years in the making and I've finally found myself ✨

It’s taken me decades of twists, turns, heartbreak and healing to finally land where my soul feels at home 💫

Losing Mum cracked me open 💔 It made me see how fragile life is, how quickly it can change and how important it is to live with purpose 😍

At 43, I’ve finally found mine, holding space through retreats and walks, a place for people to breathe, to heal, to laugh, to cry, to reconnect with themselves and each other 😍

It hasn’t been easy, It’s been mega messy, super scary and deeply emotional but for the first time in my life, it feels right, It feels like ME💕

So here I stand totally imperfect, a little late to the party maybe but finally, fully, living in alignment with what I LOVE 💕
