People call me a forager…
but that doesn’t quite fit what I do 🌿🍄
I don’t just walk woodlands looking for plants.
I read them.
I listen to them.
I work with folklore, history, energy, seasonal shifts, nervous system awareness… and the quiet intelligence of the land itself.
I’m what you might call an alternative forager — where wild food, forest therapy, wellbeing and landscape storytelling all meet in one practice.
I run monthly Saturday foraging walks through Goathland 🌲
From woodland paths to Beck Hole, through to the old station and railway lines that feel like they’ve stepped out of time.
And if the day feels right… we follow waterfalls too. A cheeky one or two. Just for balance.
This isn’t a rushed walk.
It’s a slow return to nature.
A space to breathe again.
A space to notice again.
A space to remember you are part of it all.

If you feel drawn to nature in a deeper way than just “getting outside more”… you’ll understand exactly what this is 🌿
