Our Healthwise Team deliver a chair based exercise session every Friday for any resident living in the Clifton area of York.

Join us for our fun and friendly chair-based class at Marjorie Waite Court Community Hall! 🌟 Whether you have limited mobility or live with long-term health conditions, this class is perfect for you!

It is so important to take care of our mental health and exercise is a great way of doing that.

Our Healthwise team is here to support individuals dealing with anxiety or depression. Please speak to your GP or Mental Health Practitioner who are able to refer you into the program
