Today we’re honored to highlight one of our incredible agents here at JSF Call Center, LLC: Shannon Barner!!! 💖

We are truly thankful to have her as part of our team. Her hard work, resilience, and perseverance—especially when things get challenging—are nothing short of inspiring. She continues to push forward with determination and heart, and that kind of drive is exactly what leads to success within JSF Call Center, LLC.

Here’s what she had to share about her journey:

"Since my time with JSF, I have been able to work full-time for my client. The flexibility with the schedule has allowed me to serve others in the name of Jesus by volunteering and assisting with missionary work. I have been able to attend more social events and have more time with my family. JSF allows me to pay for upcoming events and holidays with the extra money I earn. I have four Boxer dogs that I get to spend every day with! JSF gives me the freedom to care for them whenever needed.

Also, my sister Ashley introduced me to JSF, and it has truly been a wonderful blessing to be able to work alongside her."

We are so proud of her and incredibly grateful to have her on this journey with us. Her story is a beautiful reminder of what’s possible with consistency, faith, and a go-getter mindset ✨

🍀💚 Agent Spotlight – Kristina Grant 💚🍀

In this St. Patty’s month, we can’t help but reflect on how blessed we truly are… and we are so lucky to have Kristina Grant on our team.

We have absolutely loved having her as an agent over the past several years. Watching her grow, balance so much with grace, and continue to push toward her goals has been nothing short of inspiring.

While servicing through JSF Call Center, LLC on the Arise Virtual Solutions platform, Kristina is simultaneously earning her MD and DrPH (Ph.D.) — yes, both at the same time! Her level of discipline and commitment is incredible.

But what makes Kristina truly special is her heart. She lovingly cares for her special needs younger sister and treasures being present with her family. For her, working from home isn’t just about income — it’s about being available, being present, and building a future while staying connected to the people she loves most.

In her own words:

“Working from home is essential to me because I’m currently enrolled in two educational programs. I’m earning an MD and a DrPH (Ph.D) at the same time. I also take care of my special needs younger sister. I like being home with her and the rest of my family and being able to take trips with them when I can. Arise helps me pay for those trips, school, and any other necessities that I need. For my birthday, I took my family to Disney! Thank you!”

Kristina, your dedication to your education, your family, and your future inspires us more than you know. Being able to take your family to Disney for your birthday is such a beautiful reflection of your hard work and determination.
