With experience in over a thousand robotic surgical operations, our urological surgeon Prof. Derya Balbay, M.D., has performed the neobladder reconstruction surgery from small intestine entirely by practicing the robotic and closed technique for the first time in Turkey. He has also performed the first neobladder surgery and concurrent removal of the urinary tract, cystectomy and lymph node excision all in the same session and by practicing entirely the robotic technique. Furthermore, he was granted the 'Distinguished Alumnus' award by U.T.M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in 2019.

Early menopause is described as the onset of menopause usually before the age of 35 or 40, i.e. years before it is due.
