Deep caries on lower right molar. Positive cold & heat test with lingering pain. No mobility or swelling.

Non-surgical RCT to remove infection, stop resorption, and save the tooth.
๐ง ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ :
Rubber dam, WL determination, rotary cleaning, NaOCl + EDTA irrigation, obturation with gutta-percha + resin sealer, and composite final seal.
๐ธ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐-๐ผ๐ฝ :
Dense fill to WL, proper apical stop, good coronal seal.
๐ฉน Prognosis: Favorable โ follow-up planned every 3 months, full evaluation at 6 months.

Although the formal healing outcome will be assessed at 6 months, the patient will be monitored every 3 months to ensure proper progression of healing and absence of symptoms.
3-month follow-up: Clinical exam + radiograph to confirm reduction in symptoms and signs of periapical healing.
Clinical and radiographic evaluation performed to monitor the healing progress of periapical tissues and assess the status of external resorption. Continued observation is recommended; full evaluation and confirmation of healing or stabilization are planned for the 6-month follow-up.
