My first book, The Energy of Anxiety. I wrote mainly for people who were unable to do one-to-one therapy. However, many people (including clients) have told me that they find it a useful book to dip into when they need to. Structure in concise chapters.

"This book offers sound, practical advice that applies to most of us. I particularly like the way the author explains how not to take on other people’s stuff and how we fall into negative traps. It explains, in an easy to understand way, how people end up in anxious states and is full of options on how to take back charge of your life.
Having read the book, I am still working through the exercises but already feel the benefit. It’s refreshing to be able to apply 'easy to use techniques' and to have a self help guide that isn’t full or jargon or long winded explanations. An essential guide for anyone’s bookshelf."
