Final class of my 4 weekđŞˇintroduction to meditationđŞˇcompleted this week.
I have loved teaching this course to yet another group of wonderful beingsđ¤
In just 4 weeks, hearing the growing benefits everyone experienced makes me very happy and totally motivated to share more meditation.
My favourite progress is the cultivation of their awareness. Really beginning to notice everyday moment to moment, trying to keep their peace at the forefront all the time. Itâs not about sitting in a dark room crossed legged⌠itâs about getting to know yourself and what you need.
I love helping others see how very simple meditation is and yet what power it has to improve their lives.
And this is exactly what meditation guides you to do - become present, become mindful, observe everything,
Your breath
Your body
Your mind
Your mood
Your vibe
Your energy
Your habits
Your autopilot tendencies in all areas of your life.
And then - become aware of what you need to change and do something about it!
