I feel so grateful to my LEV8ies🫶. Today the sun shone like it often does in The Oak Room. The colour and warmth in the room was so beautiful I just had to share…..Styx Centre improver classes this week are Monday 6.30pm, Thursday 7.30pm, Friday 9.30am and Sunday 9am.

💛 No Experience Needed: A passive form of yoga is practiced as the silks are just above the ground.

✨ All you need is a pillow and blanket!

🍁 What to Expect:

🧘‍♀️ Gentle yoga will be led by Lottie, easing you into relaxation while decompressing you physically and mentally.
🕉️ Sound Immersion will be led by Suzy, who will guide you into a meditative state, cocooned in silks and enveloped by soothing vibrations from the sacred gong and solfeggio frequencies.
