Daily physical therapy is the best treatment method for Erbs Palsy (Check previous post).

Most babies achieve great results within 3 to 9 months when they begin therapy early and with the right professional.

is when injury to the brachial plexus (nerves in the neck) cause muscle weakness in the arms and shoulders with loss of motion.

Most commonly occur during traumatic child birth.
Common sign is to find the affected arm limb by the child in what is commonly termed the “waiters tip”position.

As alarming as it can be .. most children achieve complete recovery in 3 -9 months when is initiated right from the onset.

This is because regular physio management and daily range of motion exercises for the baby helps tissues, muscles and ligaments grow in their normal natural alignment while waiting for the injured nerves to heal.

There is always hope for them at the end of the tunnel.
