Morning Reflections
There are paths in life that feel difficult in the beginning disciplines that challenge us, truths that confront our ego,and spiritual practices that demand patience, courage, and inner work.
At first, it may feel like poison:
uncomfortable, unfamiliar, even heavy on the heart.
But the scriptures teach us a timeless truth:
That procedure which in the beginning is like poison
but at the end becomes like nectar,
and awakens one to self-realization,
is happiness in the mode of goodness.
This is the nature of true growth.
The hardest steps often open the sweetest doors.
When we choose goodness, when we practice discipline, when we rise above old patterns we begin to taste the nectar of peace, clarity, and divine joy.
Remember:
Not everything that feels good is good for you.And not everything that feels hard is harmful.
Sometimes the medicine tastes bitter, but it heals the soul.
Sometimes the path is steep, but it leads to the mountain peak.
Keep walking.
Keep choosing purity.
Keep trusting the process.
Your nectar is waiting.
