HOW TO DETOXIFY YOUR BODY
Most of the time when some people get sick and they take in medicine their sickness doesn't seem to go and when it goes too it comes back. When things happen this way then one thing is for sure and that is, the food that you eat that destroyed your immune system and made a way for you to get that disease you are still eating it. So sometimes when you get sick and you visit the hospital, the doctor will ask you to stay away from certain foods.
Our immune system is built to fight against disease by itself when any disease enter's the body but our immune system gets weak as we grow and even get destroyed by our bad eating habits.
One major thing that destroys the immune system is sugar and the other is bad cholesterol. Examples of bad cholesterol is animal fats, daily and excessive intake of oils, eating animal blood etc.
So if you want to strengthen your immune system please stay away from these things. A perfect example of what I am trying to say here is that you go and buy immune booster you take and that very morning your porridge is filled with plenty sugar, and in the afternoon you take sugar beverage as lunch you are boosting and destroying the immune system at the same time so you will complain that the medicine is not good or you don't see anything but mean while you are the one destroying the effect of the medicine.
While staying away from sugar and bad cholesterol, get bitter leaf and a handful of ginger boil them together and drink half cup morning and evening to detoxify your body.
