Tiens Group is proud to announce a strategic partnership with RD Technologies, one of the first three institutions participating in Hong Kong’s Stablecoin Sandbox regulatory program, alongside JD.com and Standard Chartered Bank.

This cooperation marks a pivotal step in Tiens’ digital transformation. It follows the recent signing of the GENIUS Act by U.S. President Donald Trump and the upcoming implementation of Hong Kong’s Stablecoin Act on August 1; both signaling a new era for stablecoins and real-world assets (RWA).

The agreement was officially signed by Mr. Wang Fei, CEO of Yuan Chang Coin and Vice President of Tiens Group, and Ms. Ellen Liu, Tiens Group CFO.

With 33 years of global development experience, Tiens is now building the world’s first global big health public chain. This initiative, under the “Eight New, Eight All” strategy, aims to promote Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) through blockchain, stablecoins, and digital assets.

Having already launched digital collectibles in China, Tiens will now actively participate in Hong Kong stablecoin applications and develop an international digital asset ecosystem, including Yuan Chang Coin and TCM-based RWA.
